46th Green Street Green Village Community Clean-Up
Join us for our 46th 'Community Litter Picking & Gardening' event in Green Street Green Village. We will be litter picking the High Street and adjacent streets, and tidying the shrub beds and green spaces near our meeting point. We meet at the benches by the Village Sign (see photo), which is opposite Brittenden Parade and our local Waitrose store. Litter pickers and bags for rubbish will be available. Scotstoun Monthly Saturday Community Clean Up
Every 2nd Saturday of the month meet at 11:00am at Heart of Scotstoun Community Centre (where the equipment is stored). All necessary equipment will be provided but if you prefer to bring your own that is fine. If you can only join us for part of it then you are still welcome to come & help for what time that you can. It's social, strangely fun & addictive as well as good for your mental & physical health. We will provide coffee/tea & biscuits to volunteers at the finish as a "thank you". We can have a cleaner, greener Scotstoun! #LitterfreeG14
